This survey is designed for you to tell MKCC which and how many parking bays should have a TRO introduced to make them only available for Electric Vehicles to use.

What is a TRO?

A TRO is a Traffic Regulation Order. TROs are a local authority legal process that is used to manage and control the use of the public highways. Examples of TROs include one-way streets, no entries and all types of parking restrictions.

Currently, most of the parking spaces which have Electric Vehicle charging points do not have TROs in place. This means anyone can park in a space which has charging infrastructure. Over the years, MKCC has received more and more complaints from EV owners not being able to charge their vehicle because a non-electric vehicle is parked there.

This survey would like your views on how many parking bays should have a TRO introduced so that only EV users can park in those bays.
